Which operator to choose?
Dear readers,
I promised to check which dive operators will be ready and I have a good news: Flipper Diving Club will open starting 1st November 2021.
Willy, the manager, will be happy to welcome you in their PADI 5 Star Centre (I cross-checked the status with PADI; PADI Dive Shops in Vietnam | PADI) . As indicated in another section of thedivingbear, a 5 Star Centre means that you can expect a certain level of quality (find PADI description here; About PADI Dive Centers and Resorts | PADI).
